This policy explains what Atomized collects when you use the website and app, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Account details: your name, email address and how you sign in (Google, Discord or email and password).
Business records you add or import: purchases, inventory, shelf locations, sales, expenses and mileage.
Marketplace data from platforms you connect, such as StockX, eBay, GOAT, TCGPlayer and Grailed: orders, fees and payouts.
Basic usage and device information, such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the service working.
02How we use it
To run Atomized: calculate profit, show analytics, generate reports and keep your data in sync.
To send account emails, such as password resets, receipts and sync alerts.
To fix bugs and improve features. We do not sell your personal information or use your sales data for advertising.
03Marketplace connections
When you connect a marketplace we request read access to your orders and payouts only. You can disconnect any platform in Settings, and we stop syncing immediately.
04Who we share it with
Service providers that host, process payments or send email for us, under contracts that limit their use of your data.
Authorities, when required by law or to protect the safety of our users.
05Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is open. You can export everything as CSV at any time. When you delete your account, we remove your data from our systems within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law.
06Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and object to certain processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
