Terms of Service
These terms apply when you create an account or use Atomized. By using the service you agree to them.

You must be 18 or older and give accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.
02Your data
You own the inventory, sales and expense records you add to Atomized. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.
03Plans and billing
The free plan has no charge. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. You can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
04Marketplaces
Atomized is not affiliated with StockX, eBay, GOAT, TCGPlayer or Grailed. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.
05Not tax or financial advice
Profit figures, expense totals and reports are provided for your records. Check them with a qualified accountant before filing taxes.
06Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, or use Atomized to break the law or a marketplace’s rules.
07Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why when we can.
08Liability and changes
Atomized is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. If we change these terms, we will email you at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
